摘要
目的:利用HPLC法同时测定苹果中9种多酚物质的含量;方法:色谱柱为C18柱(150mm×4.6mm,5μm),以乙腈和醋酸-醋酸钠缓冲溶液为流动相,采用不同的流速和浓度梯度洗脱的分离条件,并用该方法测定印度青苹果中多酚的含量;结果:中性酚和酸性酚在该条件下得到很好的分离,分离度均大于1.5,该方法的加标回收率均在90%以上,相对标准偏差为1.2%~2.3%。结论:该方法操作条件简单,结果准确可靠。
Objective: Contents of nine kinds of polyphenol were determined by HPLC; Method: The neutral phenol and the phenolic acids were separated in a C18 column( 150 mm ×4.6 mm,5μm). The mobile phase was acetonitrile / acetic acid - sodium acetate buffer on gradient elution at the different flow rate. Contents of polyphenol in the Yinduqing apple were determined by this method;Result: The resolution is all above 1.5 and the recovery rate exceeds 90%. The relative standard deviation is 1.2% - 2.3% ; Conclusion: This method is simple, accurate and reliable.
