摘要
目的:阐述光合细菌的应用研究现状及前景;方法:从光合细菌的分类、结构形态、菌体营养组成,有机废水处理、光合产氢、生物制药,提取类胡萝卜素、辅酶Q、单细胞蛋白和水产、禽蓄养殖等方面进行阐述;结果:光合细菌可用来处理高浓度有机废水,可用作养殖业饲料,其菌体含有丰富的类胡萝卜素、辅酶Q;结论:目前对光合细菌的研究主要集中于废水处理、光合产氢、水产和禽蓄养殖等方面的研究,在类胡萝卜素提取、辅酶Q提取、单细胞蛋白提取等方面研究的比较少,其应用前景十分广阔。
Objective: To expatiate current situation and prospect in applied research about photosynthetic bacteria; Methods: Eleven aspects such as classification, morphological structure, triphic component, organic wastewater treatment, hydrogen photo production, medicament biologic production, carotenoids extraction, coenzyme Q extraction, single cell protein (SCP) production, fishery culture and livestock culture were mainly discussed; Results: Photosynthetic bacteria could be used to deal waste water, produce carotenoids and coenzyme Q, feed fish and live-stock ; Conclusion: Current research was mainly on wastewater treatment, hydrogen photo production, fishery culture and livestock culture; much less in carotenoids extraction, coenzymc Q extraction, single cell protein (SCP) production; lohile treir application prospect was very good.
