摘要
近空间飞艇具有重要的军事应用价值,可用于战区侦查、预警、通信以及全球快速打击等。介绍美国、欧洲、俄罗斯、日本、韩国、以色列等国家近空间飞艇的应用和技术现状。总结近空间飞艇发展中面临的主要问题:定位与位置保持问题、控制问题、持续飞行的电源问题和近空间的热问题。并提出需突破的关键技术:飞行控制技术、高效轻质柔性太阳能薄膜电池技术、高比能量再生燃料电池技术及材料技术。
Near space airship is important for military application and can be used for battlefield monitoring, alarming, communication, globe fast-speed hit and so on. Introduce the airship application and technologies of USA, Europe, Russia, Japan, Korean, Israel and so on. Sum up the main problems of near space airship development, such as location and position maintenance, control, power of sustainable aviation, and heat problems of near space. Then, put forward the key technologies, such as aviation control, high efficiency and soft solar battery with pellicle, energy rebirth fuel battery and material utilization.
