Timing and Frequency Synchronization under Large Frequency Offset in OFDM System

摘要 通过对已有训练序列产生方法的修改,使它能实现大频偏环境下定时和频率同步。该方法仅利用一个OFDM符号,就能同时实现定时同步和频率同步。其中定时同步方法和原有方法一样,而频率同步算法则由于训练序列产生方式的改变,可进行整数倍的频偏估计,因此在定时同步性能下降不大的情况下,实现了频偏估计范围的扩大,提高了系统的性能。 In this paper, the timing and frequency synchronization under large frequency offset can be realized by modifying the generation of the training sequence. This mothed just uses only one OFDM symbol for accomplishing the timing and frequency synchronization. Timing synchronization algorithm is the same as usual, while frequency synchronization algorithm is improved. It can estimate integral frequency offset. Thus the range of frequency offset is extended and the performance of system is enhanced while the performance of timing synchronization is kept.
