α-葡萄糖苷酶产生菌的筛选及其产酶条件的研究 被引量:13

STUDIES ON THE SELECTION OF THE STRAIN PRODUCING α-GLUCOSIDASE AND CONDITIONS FOR THE ENZYME PRODUCTION

摘要 从某些霉菌中通过筛选获得了一株产α-糖苷酶活力较高的黑曲霉菌株H-8;采用均匀设计试验法探讨了该菌株产酶的最适培养条件。研究结果表明,在适宜条件下本菌产酶水平可达697.4U/g,具有实际应用前景。 A.niger H 8 strain with high yield of α glucosidase was obtained from ten mould strains by common screening tests.The varied culture conditions of the strain were studied by uniform design test method.The enzyme activity could reach 697.4U/g (solid koji,dry weight).The optimum conditions for the enzyme production were as follows:brain:water=1∶1.0(W/W),medium 10g(in 500 mL),culturing temperature 35℃,incubating time 60 h as well as a soaking period of 36h.
