摘要
阐述了化工建设项目环境风险评价的定义、必要性及特点,分析了我国开展化工建设项目环境风险评价存在的问题,并针对性地提出了解决问题的对策,以提高我国预防事故和事故状态下防范环境污染事件的能力。
This paper discussess the concepts and characterization of environmental risk on projects of chemical industry through the example. On the step of knowing environmental risk assessment, point out some problems at present, it can improve the ability to prevent accident and in the accident condition environment pollution in our country.
