摘要
对江苏省内94所高校的调查研究表明,目前心理健康教育和咨询工作队伍仍然保持少数专职、多数兼职的状况,职称分布状况仍然是以初、中级为主,人员组成主要是以教师为主、干部为辅、少数高校有医生作为心理健康教育和咨询工作者。
A survey of 94 colleges and universities in Jiangsu province shows that the majority of those involved in mental health education and counseling are not full-time workers in this area. Most of them are teaching assistants and lecturers. Teachers make up the majority and only a small number of universities have doctors in the area of mental health education and counseling.
