摘要
本文针对CALIS规定某些中文图书必须实行集中著录但其又不能完全适应各成员馆需要的现状,提出在利用CALIS现有的集中著录的书目数据中,通过适当修改某些个别字段将其转化为分散著录书目数据时应当注意的问题,而后试举两例进行详细说明。
Aimed at the actuality that the CALIS prescribes certain books in Chinese must carry out collective registration,but the request can＇ t meet the need of every library joined in the union CALIS, the paper proposes that some problems should be paid more attention when certain individual fields of the existing bibliorgaphy data in the form of collective registration are revised in order to be transformed to distribution registration bibli examples are given to explicate detailedly these remarkable problems.
