摘要
从啤酒酵母中提取核酸的方法有很多,常用的是盐法和碱法。本研究对这两种方法提取核酸效果进行了比较,实验说明结果碱法对酵母破壁效果好于盐法,但是核酸提取的综合效果却不如盐法。
There are many methods for extracting RNA from brewing yeast. The salt and the alkali are often used. The two methods for extracting RNA from brewing yeast were compared there. Through the experiment it was found that alkail is better to break yeast, but worse to extract RNA.
