摘要
数字化虚拟人体为基础医学和临床研究提供了形象直观、立体感强的三维动态图像资料及形态学参数,重建的三维图像不仅能再现器官组织的整体三维空间形态,也可以任意角度展示或切割显示内部结构的立体图像,还可以进行任意方向的动态旋转,借此三维立体视觉,可以精确、定量化地研究各结构的空间关系、提供人体解剖结构三维参数、设计手术入路、模拟手术,以及为生物材料(如假肢、电子耳蜗、人工关节等)的设计制造提供形态及生物力学方面的数据资料,还可以用于解剖教学、辅助医学培训等方面。
Digitized virtual human body is helpful in providing basic medical teaching and clinical research with vivid three-dimensional dynamic pictures data and morphological parameter. The rebuilt three-dimensional pictures can show the whole three-dimensional space form of the organs and tissues, the solid pictures of inner structure which can be shown from arbitrary angel or by cutting, arbitrary direction dynamic rotation. Through the 3D dynamic vision, the spatial relationship of structures can be researched precisely and quantificationally, 3D parameter of body anatomy can be obtained, morphological and biomechanical data can be obtained to benefit the design of op eration and surgery simulation, and biomaterial design as well as the anatomy teaching and assistant anatomy training etc.
