摘要
葛根总黄酮500或1000mg/kg,连续po 7d,能显著降低大鼠全血粘度、血小板粘附率,抑制血栓形成及ADP诱导的血小板聚集;还能明显抑制ADP诱导的小鼠体内血小板血栓形成。
Puerariae isoflavone (500, 1000mg/kg% × 7d, po) significantly lowered blood viscosity and platelet adhesion rate, inhibited thrombosis and ADP - induced platelet aggregation in rats, and showed obvious antagonism for platelet thrombosis in ADP-treated mice.
