长托宁与阿托品用于麻醉前用药的临床观察 被引量:4

摘要 目的研究麻醉前静脉使用长托宁对患者循环及呼吸道分泌物的影响。方法120例患者随机分成两组,每组各60例,Ⅰ组静脉使用长托宁0.01~0.015mg/kg,Ⅱ组静脉使用阿托品0.01mg/kg。观察两组患者SBP、DBP、HR以及口干、心悸等情况。结果Ⅰ组患者给药后SBP、DBP、HR有下降趋势,Ⅱ组患者给药后SBP、DBP、HR均有一定程度升高。两组患者均出现不同程度口干。结论长托宁对SBP、DBP、HR影响小,是一种较理想的麻醉前用药。 Objective To study the cardiovascular and anti-sialagogue effects of intravenous administration of Atropine or Penehyclidine Hydrochloride before anesthetization. Methods One hundred and twenty patients were randomly allocated into 2 groups. Group Ⅰ received intravenous Penehyclidine Hydrochloride 0. 010-0. 015 mg/kg. Group Ⅱ received intravenous Atropine 0. 01 mg/kg. Both groups were monitored for changes in blood pressure, heart rate, symptoms of palpitations and dry mouth, etc. Results For cardiovascular effects, Group Ⅰ demonstrated a reducing trend in blood pressure and heart rate; whereas Group Ⅱ demonstrated certain degrees of elevation in these parameters. Both groups showed a variable degree of dry mouth. Conclusion This study suggests that the degree of cardiovascular disturbance is less by Penehyclidine Hydrochloride when compared to Atropine, and may therefore be a better choice of premedication.
