摘要
采用等毒性混合法(equitoxicmixture)探讨了Cu、Zn、Cd、Hg对青海弧菌(Q67菌珠)的联合毒性作用。当两种金属作用时,Zn和Cd为拮抗作用,Cu和Zn为加和作用,Cu和Cd、Cu和Hg、Zn和Hg、Cd和Hg均为协同作用。而当3种或4种金属同时作用时,联合毒性作用均趋向于加和作用,其机理还有待于进一步研究。
A new species of luminous bacterium Vibrio Qinghaiensis Sp.Nov. (strain Q67),which can grow well and emit light in media without sodium ions,has been introduced in environmental monitoring.In this study,the combined toxicity of four heavy metals to the bacterium was investigated.The EC 50 values for Cu,Zn,Cd and Hg were 3.3,1.4,2.6 and 2.5μ M respectively.When the organisms were exposed to equitoxic mixtures,synergistic effects have been found in paired mixtures with the exception of Zn Cd which acts antagonistically and Cu Zn additively.As the number of constituents in the mixtures increased,combined effects tend to be consistent with an additive mode.
