摘要
分析了光面护壁爆破的机理和装药量的计算方法。光面护壁爆破技术在产生定向爆裂岩石的同时,保留部分岩体得到药包外壳半圆管的保护,从而避免了爆破损伤。用于有泥岩和砂岩的抗滑桩坑的开挖,结果表明该技术达到了施工目的,有较好的护壁作用和较好的技术经济效益。该技术有较好的工程应用前景。
Mechanism of smooth borehole wall protection blasting and calculation method of the charge are analyzed in this paper. The borehole wall protection blasting technology may cause directional crack; at the same time the reserved rock was protected by double-pipe, where the blasting damage was avoided. Results of anti-slide pile excavation of mudstone and siltstone show that it can meet the engineering requirement. It has more effect on protecting the borehole wall and gains more technology and economic benefits. It has good prospect in engineering applications.
