我国甘薯产业的发展现状概述 被引量:4

摘要 甘薯是一种极具营养和保健价值、加工利用途径十分广泛的农作物之一。本文对我国甘薯工业的发展现状进行综述,并针对现存产业的一些问题提出几点建议,展望其前景。
