摘要
小规模民办幼儿园是目前民办幼儿园的主力军,对实现县域学前教育的快速发展有着不容忽视的重要作用。调查显示,小规模民办幼儿园的优势是低投入、低收费、机制活、方便儿童入园,但同时也存在布局不合理、管理不规范、教师素质低、教育质量差、发展后劲不足等问题。政府应运用多种手段加大对小规模民办幼儿园的管理与扶助力度,在保证低收入家庭儿童入园率的同时,促使小规模民办幼儿园不断提升教育质量与办学水平。
Little non-governmental kindergartens are very important for preschool education＇s fast development in a county because they could satisfy however have their shortcomings. They could not those low-income families＇ needs. These kindergartens provide high quality education to the children. The government should give more regulation and support to them to improve their education and image.
