摘要
为了掌握中粗号高密织物的上浆工艺配置,对中粗号高密织物进行了浆纱实践。通过采用高粘度变性淀粉和中粘度变性淀粉两种浆料配方,在GA301型浆纱机上进行试验对比,发现采用中粘度变性淀粉浆纱及织造效果较好;采取适当增加湿区浆纱张力、降低浆槽温度等措施减少了并头疵点。实践结果表明:中粗号高密织物宜采用"中粘度、中浓度、重压浆力、高速度"的工艺路线进行上浆。
To master sizing processing configuration of middle & coarse counts and high density fabric, the sizing practice was carried out. Through testing and contrasting size agent formulas of high viscosity modified starch and medium viscosity modified starch in GA301 sizing machine, it was found out that sizing and weaving effect were better when adopting medium viscosity modified starch. Doubling defects could be reduced after adopting measures such as increasing wet zone sizing tension and decreasing size box temperature. The practice shows that processing circulation of medium viscosity, medium concentration, heavier pressure, higher speed is suitable to middle & coarse counts and high density fabric.
