染色工艺对PLA/羊毛混纺制品同色性的影响 被引量:1

摘要 文章研究了适用于PLA纤维的分散染料和适用于羊毛的活性染料在PLA/羊毛混纺制品一浴染色条件下的相容性,分析了各染色工艺因素对一浴染色同色性的影响规律,确定了合适的PLA/羊毛混纺制品的一浴同色染色工艺条件。结果表明:分散染料和Lanasol活性染料及其配套助剂在PLA/羊毛混纺制品一浴染色条件下具有良好的相容性;适宜的一浴法染色工艺条件为:染浴pH值5左右,染色温度100℃,染色保温时间为40~60 min,70℃以前的升温速率2~3℃/min,70~100℃升温速率1~2℃/min。 This paper investigated the compatibility of disperse dyes and Lanasol reactive dyes at one-bath dyeing condition for PLA/wool blends, analysed the effects of different dyeing process parameters on union dyeing in one-bath and established the suitable dyeing process parameters for PLA/wool blends. The result showed that there was good compatibility on disperse dyes, Lanasol reactive dyes and their auxiliaries in one-bath dyeing. The suitable one-bath dyeing process parameters for one-bath dyeing were found to be: pH value 5, dyeing temperature 100℃, dyeing time 40 - 60 wAn,rate of temperature rise 2 - 3 ℃/WAn before 70℃,rate of temperature rise 1 - 2℃/min in 70 - 100℃.
