Tile C型骨盆骨折的手术治疗

摘要 目的探讨3种内固定治疗TileC型骨盆骨折的临床疗效。方法对20例TileC型骨盆骨折患者分别用单纯经皮骶髂关节螺钉内固定、前方入路骨盆前后环钢板内固定及经皮骨盆前后环螺钉内固定3种手术方式治疗。结果20例中复位满意18例，复位不满意2例；开放手术中2例伤口感染，损伤股静脉1例；随访6-24个月，均骨折愈合，无下肢不等长。结论手术治疗TileC型骨盆骨折可取得满意疗效，不同的TileC型骨盆骨折可选择不同的手术方式，经皮闭合骨盆环固定是治疗TileC型骨盆骨折较理想的手术方式。
