摘要
钢箱梁桥面板的结构特性直接影响着其上沥青铺装层的受力,因此进行有限元力学分析时必须确定合理的结构模型。在多次计算的基础上,通过比较相同荷载作用下模型各个关键结点的位移、应力、应变等力学指标,最终确定了横向上包括6个U形加劲肋、纵向上包括3跨面板范围的基本简化模型,并对单元类型、单元大小等进行了讨论。通过实桥检测,验证了简化模型的可行性,分析了理论计算值与实测值误差的来源。
The structure characters of steel box girder influence the mechanical behaviors of asphalt paving, so rational structure model should be selected when analyzing with finite element method.Based on repetitious calculation, a basic simplified model with six U-shaped rids in transverse section and three-span cross-beam in lognitudinal section is obtained by comparing the displacement, stress and strain of the model key nodes under the same loads.Then rational element type and element size are discussed.The simplified model is proved feasible by real bridge testing,and the reasons of the error between computed and measured value are also analyzed.
