摘要
在分析机构运动参数测定和机构动平衡传统实验方法存在问题的基础上,借鉴广义质量法求解机构动平衡问题的思想,介绍了基于"随机信号与振动分析系统CRASV5.1"的信号采集和处理方法,建立了机构动平衡方程,提出了一种新的采用"随机信号与振动分析系统CRASV5.1"进行机构运动参数测定和机构动平衡实验。
This paper is based on the a nalysis of the problems in the traditional methods in mechanism kinetics parameter measurement and dynamic balance experiment and the idea that the generalized quality method is used to solve the dynamic balance problem. With all this the method of gathering and dealing with signal is introduced on the basis of stochastic signal and vibration analysis CRASV5.1. Accordingly , the dynamic balance equation is set up, and a new experiment method is put forward by using the stochastic signal and vibration analysis CRASV5.1 to carry out mechanism kinetics parameter measurement and dynamic balance experiment.
