盐酸厄洛替尼治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌不良反应的观察及护理 被引量：4

摘要 目的观察盐酸厄洛替尼（Tavceva）治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌（NSCLC）疗效及毒副作用。方法连续观察12例晚期非小细胞肺癌患者的盐酸厄洛替尼治疗。结果12例患者部分缓解率16.67%,疾病控制率（CR＋PR＋SD）58.33%,Ⅰ~Ⅱ度皮疹发生率为66.67%,Ⅲ~Ⅳ度皮疹和腹泻发生率分别为16.67%和8.33%,肝功能异常发生率16.67%。结论盐酸厄洛替尼治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌毒副反应轻微,通过及时的护理干预及处理,能够更好地提高患者的生存质量。
