摘要
建立了水中甲醇的应急监测新方法,采用小体积直接进样、大口径毛细管柱分离、氢火焰离子化检测器气相色谱法,在几分钟内完成了对水中甲醇的快速测定。该方法的线性测定浓度范围为5~500mtg/L,相对标准偏差为l.6%~4.3%,平均加标回收率为88%~93%,标准曲线的相关系数为0.9992,最低检测浓度为0.3mtg/L。测定结果不受其他干扰物质的影响,可用于水中甲醇的应急监测。
A new method for emergency monitoring of methanol in water was developed, The methanol was quickly determined within several minutes using gas chromatography (GC) with small volume direct injection, a wide-bore capillary column and hydrogen FID. The linear range of the method is 5 to 500 mg/L, the relative standard deviation is 1.6% to 4.3% , the average recovery rate with standard addition is 88% to 93% , the correlation coefficient of the standard curve is 0. 999 2, and the lowest limit of detection is 0.3 mg/L, The determination results are not influenced by other interference materials. The method can be used for emergency monitoring of methanol in water,
