摘要
饮用水的生物稳定性是考察饮用水安全性的重要指标。通过试验确定了BGP法测定饮用水生物稳定性的操作条件:以原水作为接种液,以R2A培养基培养计数,接种液在20℃下培养5 d,接种液与水样的体积比为1∶100。对照试验结果表明,BGP和BDOC具有较好的相关性,可作为BDOC的替代指标用于饮用水生物稳定性的测定。
The biostability of drinking water is an important index to investigate its security. The operation conditions for determining the biostability of drinking water by BGP method were defined by means of experiment. The raw water is used as inoculation liquid, the R2A medium is used for culturing and counting, the inoculation liquid is cultured for 5 d at 20℃, the volume ratio of the inoculation liquid to water sample is 1 : 100. The results of the control experiment show that a good correlation exists between BGP and BDOC. Hereby BGP can be used as a surrogate index of BDOC for determining the biostability of drinking water.
