摘要
连续腰麻是指经蛛网下腔留置导管，分次小剂量注射局麻药，以施行脊神经阻滞，是一种主要适用于会阴、下肢和下腹部手术的较新的麻醉方法。现对连续腰麻的临床应用和研究进展进行介绍和探讨。
Continuous spinal anesthesia is the technique of producing and maintaining spinal anesthesia with small does of local anesthetic which are injected intermittently into the subarachnoid space via an indwelling spinal catheter. It is a newer method of anes- thesiology, which is mainly applied to the surgery for perineum, lower limbs and lower abdomen. The clinical appliance and the con- cerning research prospect about continuous spinal anesthesia were introduced and discussed in this paper.
