摘要
用膨胀仪和X射线衍射仪对铬锰氮双相(M+A)不锈钢过冷奥氏体在Ms点附近的热稳定性进行了定量研究。结果表明,0Cr13Mn8N钢在Ms点附近等温停留时出现显著的热稳定化现象,在170℃和100℃等温停留所引起的奥氏体增加量最大值分别达到20.2%和11.1%。
The thermal stability of undercooled austenite was investigated quantitatively by the use of dilatometer and X ray diffractometer (XRD) for a CrMnN dual phase (M+A) stainless steel.The results show that there exists distinct thermal stability after holding at the temperature around Ms in 0Cr13Mn8N steel,holding at 170℃ and 100℃,the increment maximum of austenite volume fraction is 20.2% and 11.1% respectively.
