摘要
从江西省井冈山土壤样中分离得到的真菌SIIA06-05-201从形态特征、培养特性等方面进行了分类研究,经鉴定该菌株属于梭链孢属真菌中的一株菌株(Fusidium sp.)。该菌株经深层发酵产生具有抗葡萄球菌活性的次级代谢产物FA-3。FA-3经UV、IR、MS、1H-NMR和13C-NMR分析测定,其结构与文献报道的梭链孢属(Fusidium coccineum)真菌产生的抗感染化合物夫西地酸(fusidic acid)结构一致。
A fungus, SIIA06-05-201 isolated from a soil sample collected from Jinggangshan in Jiangxi province, China, was identified as Fusidium sp. by morphologic and culture characteristics. Based on the analysis of UV, IR, MS, ^1H-NMR and ^13C-NMR spectra, the chemical structure of its secondary metabiolite, FA-3, was identified as fusidic acid, a. known anti-infectious agent produced by Fusidium coccineum.
