微机环境中言语训练治疗声带小结

Treatment of the vocal nodule through language exercise under microcomputer circumstances

摘要 目的探讨微机环境下言语训练矫治声带小结的临床效果。方法将176例职业嗓音工作者随机分为2组。对照组88例,应用药物治疗;治疗组88例,在微机环境下应用Dr.Speech软件言语训练矫治。记录治疗前及治疗1、3个月的声学测试参数基频、频率微扰、振幅微扰和声门能量的值并进行分析。喉动态镜下观察声带小结的形态变化。结果治疗组与对照组比较,治疗1个月后分别有33.0%和27.3%的患者声嘶减轻,36.4%和33.0%声带小结减小;3个月后分别有52.3%和35.1%的患者声嘶减轻,59.1%和39.8%的患者声带小结减小,且治疗3个月后2组比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论微机环境下言语训练矫治发音障碍可有效治疗声带小结. Objective To study the clinical effect of the treatment of vocal nodule by using a microcomputer as a voice training method. Methods 176 professional voice users who had vocal nodule were randomly divided into two groups (n = 88 for each). The control group were treated by medicine,and the treatment group were treated by voice training, using Dr. speech software through computer's multimedia technique ,The acoustic parameters (F0, Jitter,Shimmer and NNE ) were compared and analyzed either before treatment or a month and three months after treatment. The form change of vocal nodule was observed by laryngostroboscopy. Results Compared with the control group,33.0 % and 27.3 % of the treatment group became better in voice, and 36.4% and 33.0% had less vocal nodules after a month treatment; 52.3% and 35.1% became better in voice,and 59.1% and 39.8% had less vocal nodules after three months treatment (P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Voice training using a microcomputer for treating vocal nodule is effective.
