摘要
研究了影响细胞腔填充法制备磁性纸填充度的主要因素。研究结果表明:针叶木化学浆的填充效果比阔叶木化学浆的填充效果好;使用针叶木化学浆获得适宜填充效果的工艺条件为:聚乙烯亚胺用量5mg/g(对绝干纸浆);硫酸铝的浓度0.0075g/l;搅拌速度2500r/min;打浆度29°SR;搅拌时间30min;增加四氧化三铁的用量和延长处理时间可以提高填充度。
With lumen-loading methods applied, the major influencing factors of loading degree in the process of magnetic paper were studied. The research results show that loading degree of soft wood is better than that of hard wood. The optimal loading conditions are:PEI dosage 5mg/g (on o.d. pulp ), Al2(SO4)3 concentration 0.0075g/l, the agitation speed 2500r/min, beating degree 29SR, agitating time 30 min. The loading degree can be raised by increasing the dosage of Fe3O4and prolonging the treating time.
