摘要
针对80年代以前钨矿山对排入尾矿中的伴生有价元素的综合回收研究较少,本文分析了伴生有价元素在选矿流程中的损失情况和原因,指出了提高综合回收率的途径:在粗选工段应拣回脉壁云英岩和云母晶簇块;在重选工段应多接取一些中矿、降低粗精矿品位;细泥处理应加强硫化矿的浮选回收;推广选、冶联合工艺和分支串流浮选工艺在处理低品位尾矿中的应用等。从而为加强综合回收、提高选厂经济效益,以推动对库存尾矿的再开发利用。
Because recovery of associated valuable elements from tailings of tungsten mine had little been researched before 1980s', the loss and its reasons of the associated valuable elements in the ore dressing process were analyzed. The ways of increasing comprehensive recovery effeciency are recommended. The ways include:choosing vein zwither and mica crystal block in roughing; getting more middlings and decreasing the grade of rough concentrate in gravity concentration; spreading the combined flowsheet of beneficiaton-metallurgy and branch series flotation in low grade tailings treatment. The ways will increase the comprehensive recovery effeciency and the economic benefit of ore dressing plants and improve the exploitation of tailings stockpiles.
