摘要
研究了四元合金催化剂(网)在硝酸生产装置中的工业应用并测定其氨氧化率、铂耗率、氨耗率等。与传统应用的Pt-Rh和Pt-4Pd-3.5Rh合金网比较,显示了更高的氨氧化率和硝酸生产效率、更低的铂耗率与氨耗率、更强的耐腐蚀性、抗毒化、抗粘连以及更长的使用寿命。四元合金网已在常、中、高压硝酸生产和氢氰酸生产中应用。
The industrial applications of a new catalyst based on Pt-Pd-Rh-RE quarternary alloy were studied.The conversion rate of ammonia to form oxides of nitrogen,the rates of platinum lose and ammonia consumption as well as other features were determined. Comparing with the traditional Pt-Rh binary alloys and Pt-4Pd-3 5 Rh ternary alloy catalysts,the quarternary alloy catalyst shows higher conversion rate of ammonia and production efficiency of nitric acid,the lower rate of platinum loss and ammonia consumption,the stronger abilties for corrosion resistance,anti-poison and anti-sticking,as well as longer service life. The quarternary alloy catalyst gauzes have been used in nitric acid and hydrocyanic acid industries in China.
