摘要
结合柘林水库工程的实际,分析了柘林水库及水库湿地资源的特点,依据资源经济学和生态经济学的理论和方法,对柘林水库湿地的生态服务功能价值进行了货币化评估。研究结果表明,柘林水库多年发电、灌溉、水产养殖、旅游等直接经济价值为4.12亿元,而湿地的生态服务功能价值为14.93亿元,间接服务价值超过了10亿元。柘林水库湿地生态服务功能价值主要表现在调节气候、降解污染、发电和调蓄洪水等方面。
According to the practical conditions,the characteristics of Zhelin reservoir and the reservoir wetland are analyzed,and based on the theory and approach of resources economics and ecological economics,monetary evaluation on ecological service function value for the wetland of Zhelin reservoir is conducted.The research results demonstrate that the direct economic value from power generation,irrigation,aquatic production,tourism etc.is 412 million RMB,the ecological service value of the wetland is 1 493 million RMB,the indirect service value is 1 billion RMB more.The ecological service values of the Zhelin reservoir wetland are mainly in weather regulation,pollution degradation,power generation and flood storage and regulation.
