摘要
非形式逻辑在中国学界遭遇了"论证逻辑"的概论混淆甚至术语转换。这一不必要的转换不但抛却了已然辩护的"非形式"标识,而且还挑开了论证理论中证成"逻辑学"品性的难题。同时,"论证逻辑"只有解读为"论证理论"才具有合理性,但论证理论与非形式逻辑仍不对等而是有种属之别。
＂Informal logic＂unfortunately encountered the confusion and transformation with＂logic of argument＂in Chinese academe. This inappropriate transformation dismissed the justified＂informal＂ ,as well as centered us into the predicament on the justification of logic within argumentation theory. In fact, ＂logic of argument＂can only get its own legitimacy when understood as argumentation theory,which indeed has the genus-category relationship with informal logic.
