摘要
对YG11C和YG13C两种牌号硬质合金热处理后的微观组织进行了TEM分析。通过电子衍射花样的标定,确认了CoxWyCz物相在淬火回火所得到的面心立方钴(α-Co)中的存在,并结合硬质合金热处理前后抗弯强度的测定,对该类物相在面心立方钴中的作用进行了初步探讨。结果表明:ε-M,Co3W,Co7W6,κ-Co3W9C4等物相在热处理后的硬质合金中可起到强化作用。
Speciments of YG11C and YG13C cemented carbides were subjected to various heat treatments. The structures of the specimens were analyzed by transmission electron microscopy (TEM) The existences of Co[HTK〗xW[HTK〗yC[HTK〗zphases were ascertained by electron diffraction Their effects on fcc cobalt were discussed in terms of the transverse rupture strengths of the cemented carbides before and after the heat treatment The results show after heat treatment the ε-M, Co3W,Co7W6 and κ-Co3W9C4 phases may strengthen the fcc cobalt in the alloys, thereby improving the transverse rupture strength of the cemented carbides
