摘要 采用混合稀土(RE)、磷、锶对过共晶Al-24%Si活塞合金进行单一、二元、三元变质处理,得到了变质效果优良的P+RE+Sr三元复合变质剂。结果表明,在P+RE+Sr三元复合变质的条件下,合金中初晶硅的尺寸仅10~15μm,呈团球化均匀分布;共晶硅尺寸细小,呈蠕球杆状均匀弥散分布;Al-24%Si活塞合金的强度、硬度、耐磨性和热膨胀系数等力学、物理性能均能够满足活塞在高温、高压、高速工况下对合金使用性能的要求。 The Al-24 % Si piston alloy was modified with single RE, P and Sr, and binary RE+P or RE + Sr or P + S along with ternary P + RE + Sr, the ternary P + RE + Sr modification agent with was found to have excellent effect. The results show, the primary silicon in the Al-24% Si piston alloy modified by P + RE + Sr is within the range of 10 - 15 μm, with uniform distribution in spherical shape. Meanwhile, the eutectic silicon are very fine as well, which is dispersed uniformly in vermicular rod. The mechanical and physical properties, such as strength, hardness, wear resistance and thermo expansion coefficient, can meet the requirements of piston operation under the working conditions of high temperature, high pressure and high speed.
