摘要
应用有限元分析软件ANSYS对高压聚乙烯生产管线的剧烈振动进行分析,通过对3条管线建模并进行模态计算,得到了该管线的各阶固有频率和相应的主振型,找出了管线振动的原因,据此对振动管线进行了减振处理,效果良好。
Finite element method is employed to analyze the vibration of the high pressure polyethylene pipes. Model and simulation were made for high pressure polyethylene pipe with commercial software ANSYS,to get kinds of the vibration mould and the main figure of pipeline system. The reason of vibration was obtained, vibrating was avoided and intension of vibration was reduced.
