摘要
德国政府高度重视中小企业的发展,通过立法、政策优惠、融资支持以及建立社会化服务体系等提供全方位的支持。经过几十年的持续努力,形成了一系列的法律法规、扶持政策等促进措施,使本国中小企业得到快速发展,促进了经济增长和社会繁荣。我国中小企业的发展,虽然取得了不少成绩,但也存在诸多问题。借鉴德国的成功经验,制定和完善我国中小企业政策,对进一步加快我国中小企业的发展有一定的积极作用。
German government attaches great importance to the development of small and medium-sized enterprises, and offers comprehensive support through legislation, privilege policies and constructing social service system. Germany has formed a series of laws and statute, supporting policies and advancing measures, which make small and medium-sized enterprises develop fleetly, and promote economic growth and social prosperity. Though Chinese small and medium-sized enterprises have made many achievements, they have a lot of problems. It will be effective for China to learn the successful experience of Germany for reference to the establishment and perfection of its corresponding policies.
