摘要
针对攀钢连铸板坯热送热装生产现状,开发了板坯热送、加热过程数学模型;进行了铸坯生产组织方式及表面质量状况轧制前后对应关系的工业试验,在此基础上,建立了铸坯热送热装管理办法和加热炉操作规程。生产统计表明,铸坯热送热装率从1995年的16.7%提高到1996年的36.9%.平均入炉温度达565℃。
Based on the present condition of direct hot charging technology of Pangang's continuous cast slab, a mathematical model of direct hot charging and reheating of continuous cast slabwas developed. The industrial test of production mode was conducted. The relation between thesurface qualily of slab be fore rolling and surface quality of hot strip coil was investigated. The management measures of direct hot charging of continuous cast slab and operation sequence of reheating furnace were established. The statistic results of production practice show the rate of direct hotcharging of slab is increased from 16. 7% in 1995 to 36. 9% in 1996. The average temperature ofslab coming into reheating furnace is 565℃.
