摘要
在微生物冶金技术中,微生物的活性、冶金菌液的pH值、氧化还原电位(Eh值)、总铁量和Fe3+/∑Fe值等是影响浸矿效果的重要因素,因此研究这些因素的变化规律及之间的相互关系,以使浸矿的效果达到最佳,具有重要的意义。通过试验,探讨了冶金菌液的pH值、Eh值在培养过程中的变化规律以及∑Fe值、Fe3+/∑Fe值与pH值、Eh值之间的关系。
In technology of bioleaching,the activity of bacterial,pH value, Eh value, initial ∑Fe and Fe^3+/∑Fe in the liquid which contain bacterial are the important factors which influence the result of bioleaching. So in order to reach the best result of bioleaching ,it is meaningful to study the interrelations among these factors.This paper probe into the changing laws of the liquid' s pH value, Eh value, Fe^3+/∑Fe value during the bacterial liquid' s cultivation and the inteneactions between those factors by testings.
