摘要
研究一种基于亚象素技术的全方向M型心动图边界的检测方法。在获取全方向M型心动图的基础上,通过图像增强、阈值分割、人工限定目标区域等图像预处理,采用层进式策略提取图像的象素边界,再利用一阶微分期望值对提取后的边界点进行亚象素定位。该方法使边界检测数据从象素级提高到亚象素级,为边界检测后的幅度以及以他的数据为基础的进一步离散一、二阶微分的计算获得的速度、加速度等运动信息的精确测量提供了可能性。
The paper studies the method of boundary detection in omnidirectional M- mode echocardiography based on a sub - pixel technique. In the foundation of gained the omnidirectional M -mode echocardiography, through the picture pretreatment,using the level strategy to detect the pixel boundary of omnidirectional M- mode echocardiography, then according the first order differential expected value to localize the sub - pixel boundary. The method enhanced the boundary detection data from the pixel level to the sub- pixel level,provided the possibility for the precise dynamic information detection, such as amplitude,velocity,acceleration and so on.
