2型糖尿病早期胰岛素强化治疗 被引量：6

摘要 20世纪20年代胰岛素开始用于治疗糖尿病。对于1型糖尿病（T1DM）患者来说，由于胰岛素绝对缺乏，胰岛素替代治疗是维持生命的手段。对于2型糖尿病（T2DM）患者来说，由于疾病的自然进程和胰岛B细胞功能障碍，最终也需要胰岛素治疗。最近几年，在T2DM的早期阶段应用胰岛素的治疗理念逐渐被越来越多的医生和患者接受。早期使用胰岛素意味着一种更为强效的维持血糖正常的手段。早期是指将胰岛素作为首选药物，或者在第一种口服药失效后就开始使用。
