摘要 水滋养了人类,但人类又面临水带来的生存安全危机。本文在简单介绍水安全的概念及其内涵的基础上,从水安全涉及的问题出发,分析了鉴江流域目前存在的危及社会经济发展和人民生存的水安全问题,如洪涝灾害频繁、水环境污染、饮水安全等;并探讨了人类活动对流域水安全的影响作用,最后针对鉴江流域的水安全现状提出一些应对的措施。 Human beings were nourished by water but human beings are facing the crisis of survival safety brought by water. This paper simply introduced the concept and content of water safety, and from the water safety point of view, analyzed the present crisis and water safety is- sues endangering the social and economic development and people's living in Jianjiang River Basin such as the frequent flood disaster, the water environment pollution, the drinking water safety and so on. Also discussed the impacts of human activities to the water safety. Finally, proposed some corresponding measures in view of the present conditions of water safety in Jianjiang River Basin.
