摘要
介绍了近年来几种获取高分辨率人眼视网膜图像技术的原理及其优缺点。在介绍了自适应光学系统的核心部件——一种新型自主研发的可变形反射镜后,重点阐述了利用微小自适应光学系统对人眼波前畸变进行补偿,获得高分辨率的视网膜图像的原理及实验结果。介绍了高分辨率视网膜图像在医学上的最新应用,并展望了获取高分辨率视网膜图像技术的发展前景。
Some kinds of retinal imaging technologies with high resolution are represented, and their advantage and principles are described respectively, a new deformable mirror which is the key device of the adaptive optics system is analysed. The emphases is paid on the experiment of obtaining a high-resolution retinal image after the compensation in eye's wave-front aberration with the micro- adaptive optics system. Adaptive optics recently applied in medicine clinic and its future in retinal imaging are introduced as well.
