碳交易的法律问题初探——《京都议定书》减排机制及我国的应对 被引量：7

摘要 极端天气的频发，使人们对全球变暖问题倍加关注，《京都议定书》的减排机制逐渐发挥更大的作用，旨在削减温室气体排放的碳交易也逐渐活跃起来，如日初生。①世行预计2008年至2012年之间，碳交易市场交易规模可达到每年600亿美元。欧洲市场已成为碳交易的中心地带，碳交易的规则多变，涉及的问题繁多，我国对此所涉的法律问题探讨极少，亟需熟悉对碳交易市场中的法律规则，发现其中存在的主要问题，并积极参加到全球碳交易市场中去。
