摘要
目的比较全髋置换术和人工股骨头置换术治疗老年股骨颈骨折的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析我院2001年6月～2007年6月采用上述两种术式治疗老年股骨颈骨折患者52例，比较两种术式的临床疗效。结果52例随访8—36个月，平均16个月。按Harris评分标准，全髋置换组术后优良率达92％，人工股骨头置换组术后优良率达到88％，两组之间结果无明显的差异。结论人工股骨头或全髋关节置换术是治疗老年股骨颈骨折的有效方法。全髋关节置换结果优于人工股骨头置换。
Objective To compare the effects of total hip arthroplasty and bipolar prosthetic replacement in treatment of the fracture of femoral neck in the elderly. Methods From June 2001 to June 2007, elderly patients of over fifth years old with femoral neck fracture were operated with bipolar prosthetic replacement and total hip arthroplasty. Results The follow-up period ranged from 8 to 36months,mean 16 months. According to the harris scoring system,there were excellent or good（92% ） inotal hip arthroplasty group and excellent or good（88 % ） in bipolar prosthetic replacement group. Conclusion Both total hip arthroplasty and bipolar prosthetic replacement are reasonable choice for treatment of fracture of femoral neck in the elderly, but the results of total hip arthroplasty are better than those of bipolar prosthetic replacement.
