摘要
目的了解联合应用前方牵引和快速扩弓矫治恒牙早期骨性Ⅲ类错的效果。方法选取14例恒牙早期骨性Ⅲ类错病儿为治疗组,应用前方牵引和快速扩弓矫治法治疗6个月,在治疗前、后拍摄头颅侧位X线片;选取12例未治疗的骨性错病儿为对照组,比较两组病儿硬组织变化情况。结果治疗组发生显著的硬组织改变,上颌骨向前移位,下颌骨向下、后旋转。下颌平面顺时针旋转,下面高显著增加,覆显著减小。结论前方牵引联合快速扩弓能够对恒牙早期骨性Ⅲ类错病儿的牙颌面产生显著的矫形效果。
Objective To evaluate the efficacy in correcting early permanent dentition in skeletal Class Ⅲ patients by combined rapid maxillary expansion (RME) and maxillary protraction. Methods Fourteen skeletal Class Ⅲ malocclusion children were treated by the combined technique for six months. Lateral cephalometric radiographs were taken, before and after treatment. Twelve untreated skeletal Class Ⅲ malocclusion children were enrolled as controls. The changes of sclerous tissues were compared between the two groups. Results Significant sclerous tissue changes occurred in patients treated. The maxillary complex moved forward and the mandible rotated downward and backward. The relationship between the jaws improved significantly. The Class Ⅲ relationship was corrected by anterior displacement of the upper incisors and posterior displacement of the lower incisors. The mandibular plane angle and anterior lower facial heights increased significantly. Conclusion The application of combined rapid maxillary expansion and maxillary protraction is an effective method for early skeletal Class Ⅲ children.
