摘要
应用矩阵推导出了轴封系统的通用计算模型。在利用通用模型进行分析时,将轴封渗漏划分成轴封供汽和轴封回汽两部分,从而将辅助汽流按部位进行了归类。计算模型与热力系统之间一一对应。应用表明:这种分析思路比较清晰,并具有计算简洁、通用性强等优点,尤其适用于计算机编程。
A universal model for calculation of gland seal system has been deduced using matrix method. During analysis with the universal model, gland seal leakage was considered from both the steam supply and steam return line, i.e. the auxiliary steam was classified according to specific flow lines, and one calculation model corresponded with a specific thermodynamic system. Application results prove this kind of analysis to be simple, clear and universal, especially suitable for computer programming.
