摘要
介绍了如何利用西门子组态软件WinCC及S7-300 PLC实现深孔电镀系统的自动化。主要介绍了该自动控制系统的软硬件组成、网络结构、系统功能及特点,重点阐述了动态人机界面的建立和控制算法的研究。该系统集成了自动控制和远程监控的优点,并保留了现场的手动电气控制,使得电镀系统的运行更加灵活稳定。该系统自运行以来,各项功能正常,达到了设计的要求。
The way to realize the automation of deep hole electroplating system by means of SIEMENS configuration software WinCC and S7-300 PLC was introduced. The main concern is to introduce the configuration of software and hardware, network construction and function and characteristics of the automation system. It especially draws great attention to the establishment of dynamic HMI ( Human Machine Interface) and the research of the control algorithm. This system not only combines the advantages of automatic control and remote control but also remains spot manual electrical control. Thus, the electroplating system works in a more stable as well as flexible way. The system's every function works well, and the devices operate steadily since system run into automatic operation, so it has reached the design requirement completely.
