摘要
研究了提取溶剂、温度、时间、料液比4个因素对山葡萄籽中原花青素得率的影响。确定最佳提取工艺:以70%丙酮为提取剂,在60℃条件下,提取120 min,料液比为1∶7,原花青素的得率为2.31%
Some factors affecting extraction ratio, such as extractant, extraction temperature, extraction time, the rate of solution to solid, were studied. The optimum conditions of extraction were as follows: extraction with 70% acetone, extraction temperature 60 ℃, extraction time 120 min, the rate of solution to solid 1:7. Ratio of extraction was 2.31%.
