摘要
降落伞由于其柔软透气性,其流场测量非常困难,而流场特性直接关系到降落伞的气动性能。本文采用风洞设备,利用七孔探针对不同透气情况下的降落伞的绕流流场进行了试验测量。采用Labview和Matlab engine混合编程技术进行七孔探针的压力数据采集和实时数据处理,获得了不同透气情况下伞衣周围的速度及压力分布情况,并对其进行了详细的流场分析。通过对不同透气伞流场的比较,可知透气情况对伞衣前后静压大小、尾流流线汇集位置、稳定性及噪音均有一定的影响。本文的研究解决了绕伞衣流场定量测量的难题,同时为降落伞的气动性能分析提供了一个很好的技术方案。
The flow field of parachute is quite complicated because the canopy is a kind of soft fabrics with porosity. It is very difficult to measure the flow field around the canopy with normal methods. However, its aerodynamic characteristics are closely related to the flow field. Seven-hole probe is adopted to measure the flow field around the parachute with different vent canopy using the wind tunnel in this study. Using the mixed programming technology of Labview combined Matlab engine can easily realized the datum collecting and processing. The velocity and pressure distribution is obtained, and the flow field around the canopy is analyzed in detail. By means of the comparison of the flow field around the different vent canopies, the conclusion that the value of static pressure around the canopy, collector position of wake flow streamline, stability and noise are influenced by the size and position of vent is got. This research solved the difficult problem of quantitative measurement on parachute flow field, and it is a kind of good technical measure to analyze the aerodynamic characteristics of parachute.
